Shipping Policy

Because we work with multiple fulfillment facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages.


Multiple Shipments

If your order includes both apparel (hoodies, tees, sweatpants) and accessories (such as hats or jewelry), these items may ship separately. You may receive one tracking number per shipment, depending on where the items are produced.

Some packages may arrive 1–3 days apart, depending on carrier processing times and your selected shipping preference.


Production & Fulfillment Times

  • Apparel: Typically produced within 2–3 business days before shipping.

  • Bulk or custom orders: May take up to 15 business days for production.

  • Accessories: Generally shipped within 3–4 business days after order confirmation.

Once your items are produced, they are shipped immediately and you’ll receive a tracking number by email.


Estimated Delivery Times

United States:

  •  Tops 3-7 business days after production | Pants/Bottoms 4-8 business days after production

  • U.S. Territories (HI, AK, GU, PR, APO/FPO): 10–15 business days

    Express or overnight delivery is not available for these regions.

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days, depending on customs processing and carrier routes

Delivery times are estimated and may vary during peak seasons or due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs delays, carrier disruptions, or weather events).


Tracking & Delivery Updates

You will receive tracking updates for each shipment via email once your order has been fulfilled.
If your order is 7 days past its expected delivery date, please contact us at customerservice@spiritualshift.store with your order number so we can investigate with our carrier partners.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery region and item weight.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an order is delayed or lost due to verified carrier or production errors.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees for resending.


Customs & International Duties

International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes.
These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
