Returns & Refund Policy

At Spiritual Shift, each piece is made to order with intention and care. Because all of our items are custom-produced through print-on-demand partners, we only accept returns or issue refunds under specific conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We gladly replace or refund items that meet one or more of the following conditions:

  • Defective Product: The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with manufacturing flaws.

  • Incorrect Order: The item received does not match the design, size, color, or specifications confirmed during checkout.

  • Non-Delivery: The order fails to arrive due to a verified shipping or production error on our fulfillment partner’s side.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To begin a request:

  1. Email customerservice@spiritualshift.store within 7–14 days of receiving your order (depending on your delivery date and issue).

    • For defective or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    • For lost or non-delivered packages: contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.

  3. Our team will review your claim within 5–7 business days and guide you through the next steps.


Return Authorization

If a return is required, you’ll receive the correct return address and instructions.

Please note: returns sent without prior confirmation cannot be accepted.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Free from stains, damage, or alterations

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue results from a confirmed production or shipping error.


Refund Process

Once your return or refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method in the same currency used at checkout.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your refund does not appear after 15 business days, please contact us at customerservice@spiritualshift.store with the subject line “Still Awaiting Refund.”


Cancellations

  • Orders not yet in production may be canceled for a full refund.

  • Orders that have entered production cannot be canceled or refunded, as each item is custom-made.

If you wish to cancel, please contact customerservice@spiritualshift.store immediately for review.


Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Underwear, pajamas, socks, swimsuits, or masks

  • Sample items or test products

  • Custom-printed products made correctly to order

  • Orders returned more than 7 days after delivery

  • Products damaged by misuse, wear, or improper care

  • Orders delayed by third-party shipping providers, customs, or incorrect address details provided by the customer


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item qualifies for a refund due to a verified production or delivery error.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Report it within 14 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date).

  • Provide photos and order details so we can coordinate a replacement or refund.


Processing Times

Production and fulfillment times may vary based on your order type:

  • Standard orders: typically produced within 3–7 business days before shipping.

  • Bulk or large orders: produced within 7–15 business days before shipping.

If a verified delay exceeds these time frames due to a production issue, a partial refund (up to 10%) may be issued as compensation.


International Orders

We ship worldwide. Customs inspections and third-party carrier delays do not qualify for refunds unless an order is confirmed lost or undeliverable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details; incorrect addresses may incur additional redelivery fees.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, customers may cancel within 14 days of receiving the item for any reason.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with proof of purchase.
This right does not apply to personalized or custom-printed goods.
